FIELD: fat and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: oil press comprises grinding chamber and thermal treatment of initial oil-bearing raw material, oil-extracting chamber of cylindrical shape with moulder cylinder consisting of moulder plates installed coaxially inside oil-extracting chamber, and screw with gradually decreasing pitch of turns along the whole length. Oilpress comprises three oil-pressing chambers interconnected by plug-in cylinders, in the zone of which screw shaft is equipped with radially fixed pins; oil-relief chamber ends are made in the form of flanges, between which there are axles with rotary plates fixed to them, interacting with ellipsoidal links located on flanges along the circumference in the cages. At that, ellipsoidal links are rigidly connected to all moulder plates with possibility of their simultaneous turning by means of worm transmission formed by worm sector fixed on axis between flanges of oil-depletion chambers, and driven worm possessing self-braking properties. Moulder plates are rhomboid-shaped and are turned with acute angles towards oil raw material motion inside the moulder cylinders.
EFFECT: invention allows optimizing operation of oil press for processing of various oilseeds due to rapid change of distance between moulder plates, reducing power inputs, reducing metal consumption of structure, improving reliability during operation.
