FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to preparation of injectable drug forms of chondroitin sulphate (CS) for treatment of rheumatic diseases and arthrologic based on Na-salt of chondroitin sulphate - mucopolysaccharide from animal tissues. Method consists in that in preparation of injectable forms of drug, its components are prepared separately. Particularly, chondroitin sulphate is dissolved in heated injection water. Then a solution of benzyl alcohol and sodium hydroxide is added. Then cooled CS sterile solution, while stirring, is mixed with solution of benzyl alcohol, sodium hydroxide and water for injection. Resulting mixture is analysed, adjustment is carried out in solution according to requirements of FSP, sterilising filtration is carried out and is poured into ampoules of 1 ml or 2 m, after which ampoules are sealed.
EFFECT: technical result is to replace multiple intermediate operations of sterilising filtration to finish sterilising filtration, which allows to obtain a drug of good quality and eliminates unreasonable costs in manufacture of drug.
