SUBSTANCE: production method of injection drug forms of sulfate chondroitin (SC), comprising SC, benzyl alcohol dissolving in injection water, the process is carried out using nitrogen, preparation components are dissolved sequentially in a single reactor, with SC substance dissolved in injection water at 25±5°C, then benzyl alcohol is added, pH value is adjusted in the range of 6.0 to 7.5, and the volume is adjusted with injection water so that the final solution contains 90-110 mg/ml of sulfate chondroitin and 8.11 mg/ml of benzyl alcohol, the obtained mixture is subjected to sterilizing filtration, dispensed into ampoules and sealed.
EFFECT: method eliminates multiple intermediate operations related to dissolving, sterilizing filtration, solution combination into a consistent flow chart, allows to obtain good quality drug and eliminate unreasonable costs during its manufacture.
