FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing microcapsules of cefotaxime. Said method is characterised by mixing 1 % aqueous solution of a human leukocyte interferon in alpha or beta form with cefotaxime powder and E472s preparation as a surfactant, resulting mixture is stirred, after dissolving components of reaction mixture to a clear solution, butanol is slowly poured in droplets as a first precipitator, followed by adding acetone as a second precipitator, and obtained microcapsule suspension is filtered, washed with acetone and dried.
EFFECT: invention provides simplifies and accelerates process of microencapsulation of cefotaxime, increases weight yield.
