Z represents polyglycerol node structure containing from 8 to 10 of glycerol residues; Nu represents a nucleophilic hydroxyl groups directly connected to Z; d is the number of nucleophilic groups directly linked to Z, and is from 2 to 11; L1 is absent or is independently selected ester or ether linking group, linking Z with Hphob1; Hphob1 is absent or is independently selected hydrophobic fragment, wherein the hydrophobic fragment is selected from linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkyls C10-C30; and is a number of groups Hphob1, associated with the node structure Z, each using L1, and is 0 or 1; L2 is absent or is independently selected ester or ether linking group, whic links Z with cationic group -R1-N-[(R2)(R3)(Hphob2)]; R1 is absent or is independently selected linear or branched alkylene (from -CH- to -C6H12-) or monohydroxyalkylene (from -CH (OH)- up to -C6H11(OH)-); N represents a nitrogen atom; R2 is absent or independently selected alkyl group having from 1 to 4 of carbon atoms (from CH3 to C4H9) or a hydrogen atom; R3 and other radicals are indicated in the claims.
