Electric spark processing is performed at following modes: 100≤Ni≤10000, 10≤f≤100000, 0.01≤v≤0.6, where Ni - power of single pulse discharge, W, f is frequency of pulse discharges, Hz, v - linear speed of processing electrode, m/min.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining implants made of special alloys for medical purposes, solid biocompatible, bioactive coating with antibacterial effect with high adhesion values (more than 100 N), high wear resistance and with a given relief.
