SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to bioactive coating with antibacterial effect producing method, including electric spark processing of current-conducting substrate surface by processing electrode consisting of bioactive supplement in amount of 5-40 wt%; antibacterial metal additive in amount of 0.5-5 wt%; and biocompatible refractory compounds in amount of balance, wherein electric spark processing is performed under following conditions: 100 ≤ Ni ≤ 10000, 10 ≤ f ≤ 100,000, 0.01 ≤ v ≤ 0.6, wherein Ni is single pulse discharge power, W; f is pulse discharges frequency, Hz; v is processing electrode linear speed, m/min.

EFFECT: invention ensures production on implants of solid biocompatible, bioactive coatings with antibacterial effect and high degree of adhesion (more than 100 H), high wear resistance and with preset surface pattern.
