FIELD: bioengineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of a blood-compatible material containing a strong and impermeable synthetic substrate and biological animal tissue chemically bonded to avoid immunological reactions. The said biological animal tissue is subjected to dehydration. The said dehydrated tissue is glued on the said synthetic substrate by the application of a material dispersion wherefrom the said substrate is synthesised in a solvent so that the said forming material impregnates the said biological animal tissue. Then, the said solvent is removed. Dehydration is conducted solely chemically by dipping the said tissue in the bath composed of the solution of polyethylene glycol of a 80 wt % concentration. The duration of the said dipping makes approx 23 hours.
EFFECT: no immunological reactions.
