SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and concerns tissue endoprostheses. Tissue endoprosthesis contains an expandable hollow support structure with holes on the surface; and an internal tissue structure at least partially covering the internal surface of the support structure. Endoprosthesis also contains an outer sheath made of elastic hemocompatible synthetic material and mechanically attached to the inner tissue structure, with the supporting structure at least partially held between the outer sheath and the inner tissue structure. At the same time, the elastic hemocompatible synthetic material of the outer shell penetrates at least partially into the internal tissue structure. Method of manufacturing a tissue endoprosthesis is also disclosed.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a tissue endoprosthesis that does not create erosion of the patient’s tissue cells after implantation and does not require stitches and the use of biological glue.
