FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: heating device contains a mat with circumferential, opened at one side channel, and a vacuum hose in the channel. The channel divides the mat to the first and the second areas. In the first area the heating block is provided. Air within the first area can be pumped out through the vacuum hose in at least one channel.
EFFECT: reduced heat losses during repair of components of the wind-driven power plant.
