SUBSTANCE: method includes the pipes heating performed by three stages: 1st stage: heating to maximum 870°C covers 10-15% of total time of heating; 2nd stage: heating from pre-heating temperature to 950°C covers 55-60% of total time of heating; 3rd stage: holding at 950°C covers 25-30% of total time of heating, with total duration of heating 40-45 minutes, and cooling is performed in the cooling chamber upon forced medium mixing by fan.
EFFECT: assurance of fine grain microstructure of pipes metal, comprising ferrite and lamellar pearlite, increased uniformity of heating and reduced pipes distortion.
