SUBSTANCE: invention relates to patient carrier systems incorporated with ambulances. Claimed system comprises the passage for boarding for access into the ambulance, one or more guides secured to the floor, roof and walls of ambulance or to their combinations. One or more guides define the transfer path. The chair is engaged with one or several guides to slide there over and arranged in vertical between the floor and the roof. Note here that said chair comprises curvilinear vertical element and the seat. Note also that said seat comprises the upper part to contact with and support the human body and to support the buttocks. Said curvilinear vertical element extends between the floor and roof. Said curvilinear vertical element runs partially around the seat to be completely inclined forward toward said element. Said chair can be locked at one or several preselected positions. Said positions are selected from the set including the positions that follow. The position to allow the operations with the patient aspiratory system.
