SUBSTANCE: in one version, a system for transporting a patient in an ambulance comprises: a loading passage providing access to an ambulance interior space; one or more guiding elements attached to the floor, and / or to ceiling, and / or to vehicle wall, wherein said guiding elements form movement trajectory; and seat, which is engaged with one or several guide elements to slide therein and is arranged vertically between the floor and the ceiling. Seat can be fixed in one or more specified positions. One or more preset positions are selected from a group comprising: a position providing performance of actions related to patient's airways; position providing performance of actions related to patient's airways with additional inclination; a position providing execution of various procedures; position of call departure; patient's condition control position; and patient loading position.

EFFECT: patent application describes patient's transportation systems in ambulance.
