SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems of transportation of patients in the ambulance car. By one version, the transportation system of patients in the ambulance car comprises: passage for loading, ensuring access into the inner space of the ambulance car; one or several guide elements attached to the floor, and/or to the ceiling, and/or to the wall of the car, wherein said guide elements form the motion route; and seat, which is engaged with one or several guide elements to slide therein and is arranged vertically between the floor and the ceiling. Seat can be fixed in one or more specified positions. Herewith one or more specified positions are selected from a group comprising various positions.
EFFECT: reliable fixation of alerting medical personnel and possibility to select various fixed position of the seat are provided.
