SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of the cable conduit placed in underground cable duct. Device adapted for entrance into the cable duct, comprising the first woven material (14) with a high ultimate tensile strength, and the second woven material (17) with a low index of friction. Materials are bound (15) to form the cable conduit. Third woven material (19) with a low index of friction can be affixed (15) to the first material to form the conduit of which the outer surfaces have a low index of friction. Cable conduit or a tape for pulling may also be formed from the threads (26) with inner core of the material (27) with a high ultimate tensile strength, and outer shell (28) of the material with a low index of friction. Threads may be processed into fabric for forming the cable conduit or the tape for pulling.
EFFECT: invention simplifies cable entrance and increases tensile strength.
