FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, particularly, to gravity dressing of minerals, particularly gold-platinum-containing gravel deposits. Device - a swinging long tom - consists of a frame with a damping buffer, an inclined chute with a stop, locking coating and masks on bottom. Bottom rests on frame via pendulum post tail part, and through a roller-head part. To head part is connected to crank drive for reciprocal movement of inclined chute with its tail part and vertically. In uppermost position of chute its stop contacts with damping buffer frame to allow its shaking and bed in inter-pattern space giving latter constant gingival. Patterns are made from alternating grooves with height h = 30-50 mm and height h with pitch "a" between them at an angle of 10-30° to bottom gate, at that h = 2/3 h and a = (1.4-1.6) h.

EFFECT: technical result is efficiency, increased extraction of fine and thin particles of minerals, obtaining concentrates class to 1/10 mm and less.
