FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dressing of minerals, particularly, to development of gold-platinum-containing alluvial deposits with content of fine and thin particles. Fine dressing module comprises lock-vibrating screen for catching and continuous extraction at sizing of fine and thin particles of heavy fraction - 4 mm. Lock-vibrating screen is connected to main gateway of first stage of concentration. Device also includes receiving hopper for collection of separated fraction, pulp line, length and curvature of which are selected depending on material washing and required lifting height of pulp. At that, pulp line ensures possibility of disintegration of pulp material by cavitation processes and centrifugal forces. Pulp line provides supplying pulp into hydraulic cyclone with outlet hole, which is intended for additional disintegration of pulp material, its dehydration, de-sludging and shipment of heavy fraction in finishing gateway of gravity concentration. Gateway provides in swinging mode concentration of useful heavy fraction up to 0.1 mm.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency due to its number of stages.
