FIELD: waste recycling.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of composite materials applied in construction, recycling of solid domestic wastes and industrial waste landfills and for technical and biological recultivation of contaminated land sites. Method of producing composite materials for construction based on treated wastes involves collection of sediments from heat power enterprises, mixing sediment with ash, preparation of sites and bags made from geotextile material for further dehydration of the prepared sludge. Obtained mixture is collected into bags made from geotextile material, the mixture is held in these bags to obtain a dry residue following with mixing with ash prior to drying, then the mixture is dehydrated to state of 40-80 % of dry substance, herewith along with ash excavated soil, production wastes, lime, dolomite can be used as drier and reinforcing component.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of quality of processed wastes without using large volume of unprofitable and expensive components, as well as determining terms of treatment process completion.
