FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in producing artificial soil which is used in road construction, as fertiliser for roadside landscaping, forestry, reclamation of solid domestic and industrial waste landfills and for biological reclamation of disturbed lands. The apparatus has three hoppers. The first hopper is designed to hold biosludge which is a result of static dehydration, in a sack made from geotextile, of sewage sludge from public utilities to a state of 25-28% dry substance. The second hopper is designed to hold sand. The third hopper is designed to hold ash. The apparatus also includes a mixing unit, a sifting machine and a power unit. The hoppers are equipped with scraper conveyors, outputs of which are connected to the input of the mixing unit. The output of the mixing unit is connected to a disc-shaped sifting machine.

EFFECT: recycling a considerable volume of sewage sludge from public utilities to obtain composite materials which can be efficiently used for various purposes.
