FIELD: reclamation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of control filtering water losses at drainage and irrigation channels and can be used at erection of watertight pavements for slopes and bottom of channels. Method of making pavement on drainage and irrigation channels includes creation of watertight screen, drain system and locking elements. Locking elements made of film cloth are freely placed on the surfaces of channel slopes. Upper part of the film cloth above the level of soil drainage is made with perforation overlapped with additional film cloth. Top ends of cloths are fastened on the channel shore, and the lower ends of free additional cloth are made with tubular elastic cavities and arranged along the slope girtwise to gain additional weight in the cavities. Tubular elastic cavities are located below the level of drained soil.

EFFECT: method simplifies the design and improving reliability of discharge of ground waters in development.
