SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical methods of sanitary treatment. Method of moisture removal and disinfection of products is provided using acoustic waves in combination with disinfectant aerosols. Effect of acoustic waves is carried out simultaneously from two directions from top to bottom and along whole surface of the semi-finished product. Decontamination is carried out by aerosol droplets and effect of acoustic waves directed collinearly to aerosol jet.
EFFECT: proposed method of removing and decontaminating products semi-products has high efficiency in removal of excess moisture, and decontamination of products over entire volume and storages in entire area, and also has wide range of application.
