FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method involves successive deposition of a protective coating, corrosion-resistant coating and first and second paint compositions on a clean metal surface using a spraying device in a spray-jet sector θ1 at pressure P1, with subsequent drying of each of the said layers. The said layers are deposited at the same time with collinear emission of acoustic waves in sector θ2 which is 1.5-2 times larger than sector θ1 in the 101-106 Hz frequency range at pressure P2 which is 3 times greater than P1 using a small directed acoustic radiator fitted on the spraying device and directed in the same direction as the nozzle of the spraying device. The said layers are dried using not less than four large directed acoustic radiators.
EFFECT: shorter duration and improved quality of painting in a wider field of use.
