FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical devices. Apparatus includes a rigid chamber, inside which there is a light source. Rigid chamber is divided into two chambers of larger and smaller volume and is provided with a nozzle, having LED lamps inside. Cavity of larger chamber through nozzle is connected to a pressure gauge for measuring pressure and rubber bulb to supply air and sealed transparent membrane sandwiched on top of chamber by a metal rim. On top of membrane there is an eyepiece adapted for placing wall of hollow organ between eyepiece and camera. Photodetector is placed in metal part of lower chamber of eyepiece, wherein transmitter is located. Wires from photodetector through a tube attached to eyepiece, are connected to a monitor.

EFFECT: invention allows diagnosing intramural metastasis and infiltration, investigate oxygen saturation of arterial haemoglobin, heart rate, perfusion and blood pressure in hollow organs.
