SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for diagnosing an organ pathology includes a two-wave light source in the form of two light-emitting diodes of the red and infrared radiation ranges, a microprocessor with an ADC which outputs the pulse rate, the degree of oxygenation and the photoplethysmogram on the display. Apparatus also includes an ammeter with an ADC which receives current from the photodiode which is proportional to the optical density of the tissue; automatic post-processing unit with ADC which by means of software performs analysis of data on degree of oxygenation, pulsed and non-pulsed optical density, compares them with the norm and displays a result on tissue viability, on the presence and nature of the pathology on the three-color LED tape, and also displays numerical indices of tissue optical density on the display.

EFFECT: invention provides more convenient and accurate diagnosis.
