FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles traffic control systems to determine coordinates of their location and can be used for transportation of passengers or cargo transport, namely for communication between the customer, dispatcher station and vehicle. System call taxi and movement control includes control centre with data unit and database, customer communication device and mobile objects, connected by communication channels. Dispatch station is equipped with control centre, and information unit is divided into sectors with address code, complying with code sector serviced territory. Each sector is equipped with communication device with individual number corresponding to its address code, display with information on location of mobile objects and database with information about customer. Communication device of customer communication channels is connected with dispatcher station to select order of sector with address code and nearest mobile object, and control centre is connected to communication devices of customers communication channels to inform customers, loaded into data base, on possibility of using directly individual telephone numbers sector. Mobile objects are connected to data unit to determine their location along sectors supply signals to individual telephone sector, and control centre, customer communication device and mobile objects are interconnected by conference communication.

EFFECT: higher rate of customer service and quality of providing services at transportation of passengers or cargo transport.
