SUBSTANCE: automated device for control of passenger service for an unmanned vehicle and a vehicle with a driver contains a web-server with a central database, made with the possibility of connection via an internet network to onboard computers with internet network access, placed on vehicles for passenger transportation, each of which is connected to a validation unit and a geo-position unit placed on the corresponding vehicle, installed on each vehicle for passenger transportation and connected to its onboard computer, a node for blocking a vehicle, designed to block the movement of vehicles, when incongruity is detected during any stop of a number of passengers physically being in the vehicle and validated tickets allowing the same number of passenger follow this route, and a passenger traffic sensor installed on an entry door of the vehicle for passenger transportation, made with the possibility of calculation of exiting and entering passengers based on GPS coordinates.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities with simultaneous increase in efficiency of control of a system of vehicles for passenger transportation.
