FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to casting corrosion-resistant heat-resistant nickel-based alloys, and can be used for making casting gas turbine hot section parts of plants operating in aggressive media of natural gas at temperature 600-900 °C. Heat-resistant nickel-based alloy for manufacture of blades of gas turbines contains, wt%: carbon 0.06-0.12; chrome 15.6-16.1; cobalt 10.0-10.4; tungsten 5.3-5.7; molybdenum 1.5-1.8; titanium 4.3-4.6; aluminium 2.8-3.1; boron 0.01-0.02; zirconium 0.016-0.05; silicon 0.001-0.2; iron ≤ 0.1; copper ≤ 0.05; sulphur ≤ 0.005; nitrogen ≤ 20 ppm; oxygen ≤ 15 ppm, 0.1-0.3 niobium; yttrium ≤ 0.03; manganese 0.001-0.2; phosphorus ≤ 0.005 and nickel - balance. Method for heat treatment comprises annealing blades with heating in an inert atmosphere, soaking and cooling and aging.
EFFECT: proposed alloy is characterised by higher strength, ductility and corrosion resistance of refractory alloy blades with directed and monocrystalline and equiaxial structures in combination with high plasticity and structural stability of service life, wider field of use of alloy.
