FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry heat-resistant corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloys and can be used for the manufacture of casting with equiaxial structure of large-sized thick-walled working and nozzle blades of gas turbine units (GTU) operating at temperatures of 600–900 °C. Heat-resistant corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloy for casting large-sized working and nozzle blades of gas turbine plants contains, by weight %: carbon 0.008–0.02; chromium 20.0–21.5; cobalt 3.5–4.5; tungsten 5.6–6.3; molybdenum 0.15–0.4; aluminum 2.6–3.2; titanium 3.8–4.4; niobium 0.15–0.4; cerium ≤0.02; yttrium ≤0.015; silicon ≤0.1; boron 0.092–0.15; manganese ≤0.1; iron ≤0.5; sulfur ≤0,008; phosphorus ≤0.008; copper ≤0.05; nitrogen ≤30 ppm oxygen ≤20 ppm and nickel – the rest. Total content of aluminum and titanium is 6.3–7.2 wt. %, the ratio of the titanium content to the aluminum content ≥1.4, and the ratio of boron content to carbon content of 7–18.5.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by low shrinkage porosity and increased corrosion resistance in combination with high characteristics of long-term strength at operating temperatures of 600–900 °C, plasticity, as well as structural stability on the resource.
