FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to casting corrosion-resistant heat-resistant nickel-based alloys, and can be used for making moulded articles with equiaxial structure working in aggressive media at temperatures of 600-800 °C, for example integrated wheels and blades of turbo compressors turbo diesel engines, as well as hot section working blades. Heat-resistant nickel-based alloy for casting integrated wheels and working blades of turbo compressors turbo diesel engines with equiaxial structure contains, wt%: carbon 0.06-0.12; chrome 14.7-15.2; cobalt 7.8-8.2; molybdenum 4.2-4.5; aluminium 3.2-3.5; titanium 4.2-4.5; boron 0.008-0.012; silicon ≤ 0.30; cerium 0.005-0.015; manganese ≤ 0.15; tungsten 0.4-0.6; niobium 0.15-0.3; hafnium 0.10-0.20; iron ≤ 0.5; copper ≤ 0.05; sulphur ≤0.005; phosphorus ≤ 0.005; nitrogen ≤ 20 ppm; oxygen ≤ 15 ppm, nickel is rest. Summary contents of niobium and hafnium is ≤ 0.4 wt%, while summary contents of aluminium and titanium - 7.4-8.0 wt% with respect to content of titanium and aluminium ≥ 1.27.
EFFECT: increased strength in combination with high resistance to oxidation and corrosion strength, as well as possibility of friction welding.
