FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic sensor comprises a piezoelectric vibrator, made of lithium niobate and having as an outlet surface a surface produced by the rotation of the surface perpendicular to the axis X of the lithium niobate crystal, by the angle of 36°±2° around the axis X; a damper made from titanium; and a connecting layer to connect one surface of the damper with the outlet surface; at the same time the connecting layer is made of silver and glass frit, besides, the glass frit has a linear expansion ratio in the range from 5×10-6 K-1 to 15×10-6 K-1.
EFFECT: provision of the possibility to create an ultrasonic sensor, which comprises a piezoelectric vibrator, generating an ultrasonic wave of high capacity, which may be used in the area of high temperatures and prevents the formation of cracks in a crystal.
