FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of high-temperature ultrasonic transducer, which comprises steel or metal top electrode (2), conversion element (3) made from piezoelectric material, and steel or metal substrate (1), which provides interface between converting element and acoustic waves propagation medium, first connection between substrate and piezoelectric crystal and second joint between converting element and upper electrode.
EFFECT: summary: method of performing above compounds based on gold or Indium includes operations of soldering and diffusion, which contains following stages: first stage of raising temperature to first temperature from approximately 150 °C to approximately 400 °C and maintaining said first temperature during first period of time corresponding to first plateau; second stage of raising temperature to second temperature from about 400 °C to about 1,000 °C and maintaining said temperature during second period of time corresponding to second plateau.
