SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for recording of video images. Video system on a crystal contains a colour photodetector with a function of spectral separation of light flux depending on the depth of penetration of photoelectrons into the crystal. In the first version, the same crystal is used for location of a switching unit, control unit and imaging unit. In the second version, the crystal is used for placement of a subtractor, an arithmetic-logic unit, a control unit, an adder and a unit of logical "and".
EFFECT: improvement of a video system interference resistance and operating speed, improvement of signal/noise ratio for detection of low-contrast objects, increase in reliability of classification of objects by spectral characteristics.
