SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television scanning. Television color image camera for panoramic computer scanning consists of a panoramic lens arranged in series and optically interconnected, an infrared filter, a light-regulating cell and a "circular" photodetector (sensor) made on a chip made using the "metal-oxide-semiconductor" complementary structures (CMOS), and kinematically connected to sensor mechanical scanning unit. Sensor has the shape of a circular ring and comprises on the crystal a "circular" four-line photodetector region (target), a "circular" video signal switch, a "circular" video signal processor, a "circular" horizontal scanning multiplexer and a "circular" four-line scanning register per frame.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of integration of television camera due to implementation of "circular" sensor by technology CMOS and with electronic "framing" of photodetector on its crystal.
