FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: vessel has a body with a hemispherical bottom and is provided with a pressure shell with a seal. The pressure shell includes an elastic layer, a protective corrosion-resistant and sealing layer. The vessel is provided with a pole hole. Protective corrosion-resistant and sealing layer of the bottom is made of steel and bronze spirals in ratio of 2:1, pressed with each other and together with fluoroplastic material which outer surface is additionally pressed with reinforced braid made of bronze spirals. Body and pressure bearing shell of the vessel are made with a protective process coating, which contains, wt %: SiO₂ 15-21; MgO 5-10; Na₂O 7-8.5; 3CaO⋅Al₂O₃ 1-9; Al₂O₃⋅MgO 2-5; B₂O₃ 8-12.5; V_morphol 2.5-3.5; NiAl₂O₄ 3-5; NiSiO₄3.5-10; Al₂O₃-the rest. Safety indicators are fixed on the outer surface of the seal, made in the form of two sensors, one of which records the temperature of the seal, and the second sensor responds to seal deformation.

EFFECT: increased safety of storage and transportation of dangerous substances.
