FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, specifically to sealing cavity of sheet pile. Method of forming seal in cavity sheet pile lock, comprising steps of inputting device for forming a seal in said cavity lock, said apparatus comprises a sealing moulding extending lengthwise recesses facing at least one wall of cavity lock to shape said seal, and a distribution chamber communicating with said recesses. Sealing material is introduced into said distribution chamber from which it flows axially into said recess, filling them. Said apparatus is moved longitudinally in lock cavity, adding during said moving shape by means of said sealing material seals moulding unit to obtain final shape of said seal. Said distribution chamber is a closed chamber in said apparatus, which is spaced from said longitudinally extending grooves. Said device comprises at least two distribution channels connecting in parallel said distribution chamber with said recesses. Said parallel distribution channels accurately adjusted for flow distribution of sealing material between said recesses.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide reliable, accurate and tight junction piles locks.
