FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical machine building and can be used in electromechanical energy converters of stand-alone objects. Thermionic magnetic stator comprises a heated cathode, separated by a gap filled with caesium vapour cooled anode, caesium thermostat. Heated cathode gap is filled with a caesium vapour, and a cooling plate arranged on outer side of magnetic circuit stator with channels for supplying a caesium vapour, and cooled anode is arranged on axial cooling channels in interior of stator is a rotor.
EFFECT: technical result is improved energy efficiency, conversion of heat losses into increasing efficiency of EMPE 1-2 %.
