FIELD: machine building; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for hardening of machine parts induction hard-facing of hard alloys by creation of wear-resistant coatings. Mixture contains, wt%: fused flux on basis of boron-containing components 8-10, composition of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis of 13-17, hard alloy is rest. Fused flux contains the following components, wt%: borax 30-32, boric anhydride 18-20, silicocalcium 8-10, sodium silicate 2-5, flux AN-348 is rest. In composition for self-propagating high-temperature synthesis contains following components, wt% aluminium powder or aluminium powder 43-45, boric anhydride 55-57.
EFFECT: charge provides high wear resistance of hard alloy coating due to exclusion of formation in it hypoeutectic structure.
