FIELD: radar and navigation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar and can be used for measurement of spatial coordinates of targets, including target height using two-dimensional radar stations, determining the bearing and distance to target and combined into a multi-position radar system. Method consists in determination of mismatch between target coordinates projected onto plane, caused by non-zero height of its location and calculated by each two-dimensional radar station, and determining the height of target location, best corresponding to all available mismatches between coordinates on the plane.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of measuring spatial coordinates of a target using two-dimensional radars integrated into single system.
