FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment for determination of contact stiffness. Essence of the invention: surfaces of contacting parts with certain elastic constants of materials are pressed to each other with preset force F, normal to the plane of joint; there is determined residual h and elastic αy of the part complete approach in contact and their sum is used to determine the value of complete approach α in contact, followed by determination of coefficient j of normal stiffness of elastic-plastic contact of parts with two-fold curvature. Preliminary, there is measured plastic hardness ND1 and ND2 of every part in the contact zone, on the basis of which there is determined a normalised plastic hardness NDpr of contacting parts, then there is determined a total residual part of approach hΣ at the center of parts contact, with due account for which there is determined a total elastic approach αe,Σ in the centre of the parts contact, with subsequent determination of total complete approach αΣ and coefficient j of normal stiffness of elastic-plastic contact of parts with two-fold curvature.
EFFECT: creation of a new universal method to determine the coefficient of normal stiffness of the initially point-like elastic-plastic contact of parts, which is accurate at random combination of contact parts materials hardness.
