FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to insulating disconnection devices. Device comprises shaft (10) installed on it pulley (30) and carrier clutch (50) installed by means of one-way clutch (60), torsion spring (40) engaged between pulley and carrier of coupling. Torsion spring loaded in direction of spinning. Torsion spring and pulley have preset gap between surface of outer diameter of torsion spring and surface of inner diameter of pulley to surface of outer diameter of torsion spring and surface of inner diameter of pulley are gradually friction engagement by radial expansion of torsion spring depending on load torque.
EFFECT: higher reliability due to gradual friction engagement.
