SUBSTANCE: invention relates to contactless transfer and assembly of components using laser. Method of selective laser-induced transfer of crystals. Transfer from transparent for laser radiation carrier to receiving substrate is carried out based on mode of formation of multilayer dynamically separating layer swelling when irradiating with focused laser pulse (s) with low energy, as result of which, swelling causes transfer of product.
EFFECT: such movement provides exact results on location with insignificant side and angular displacement.
