FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: coating on item, functioning as substrate, is formed by means of laser ablation of target with radiation of target with beam of pulse laser for cold treatment, thus producing high quality plasma. Further, the procedure consists in scanning the target with a beam of the pulse laser for cold treatment and in formation of coating from high quality plasma. Coating contains less, than one micro-hole per 1 mm2 on surface of the item in such way, that roughness of item surface is equal to ±100 nm by results of measurements made by means of atomic-force microscope at area 1 mcm2 (AFM). Frequency of pulse reiteration of the pulse laser for cold treatment is 1 MHz. According to a preferable version item surface should be free from micron particles and, actually, is surface corresponding to nano technology where dimensions of separate particles do not exceed 25 nm.
EFFECT: manufacture of high quality coating of various materials with different properties on various items.
