FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: bandage for treatment of wounds in form of film containing chitosan, obtained from crusts of crabs, in form of salt of acetic acid, sulphates of alkali and alkali-earth metals as cross-linking agent, acetic acid and antibacterial preparations, with following ratio of components, wt%: Chitosan 65-70, antibacterial preparations 2-14, cross-linking agent 10-15, acetic acid is balance. As antibacterial preparations bandage comprises cephalosporin antibiotics, and cross-linking agent - sulphates of alkali and alkali-earth metals.
EFFECT: dressing represents elastic, insoluble in water film not containing toxic substances, having good adsorbing, antibacterial and wound-healing properties, as well as capable of long-term output of drug preparation.
