SUBSTANCE: wound covering as a film, which contains chitosan, glycerol, cephalosporin or aminoglycoside antibiotics and a several acetic acid solution with concentration of 2% with the following component ratio, wt %: chitosan - 36-38, glycerin - 45-51, drug substance - 3-10, acetic acid - the rest. Cefotaxime sodium salt and cefazolin sodium salt are used as cephalosporin antibiotics, while amikacin sulfate and gentamicin sulfate are used as aminoglycoside antibiotics.

EFFECT: coating provides antibacterial, wound-healing properties and prolonged action of the drug.
