SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with medicinal material based upon natural polysaccharides, moreover, it contains interpolymeric polyelectrolytic complex of either cationic or amphoteric linear polysaccharide with anionic linear polysaccharide being chemically bound with polyfunctional aldehydes or epoxycompounds and being of hemostatic and reparative action and could be applied for therapeutic and cosmetic purposes. He suggested material could be composition designed as a film, a sponge, gel or colloid solution. It is good for making bandages for wounds, wound coverings, dressing parcels, sterile tampons which, additionally, could contain compositions for treating wounds, burns, medicinal substances, dermatological compositions and plant extracts and, also, could be foundation for cosmetic masks and coverings for compresses. The suggested material demonstrates hemostatic and stimulating action, provides normal vapor exchange in wound tissues, absorbs exudate, maintains oxygen supply into wound area being the barrier for miocrobial penetration. It, also, provides scar-free wound healing being atraumatic, non toxic and very simple in the course of application. It removes pain feelings and shortens terms of therapy.
