FIELD: chemistry; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a biocomposite based on bacterial cellulose hydrogels and can be used to create a wound coating. Method of producing biocomposite materials with regenerative and antiseptic properties based on bacterial cellulose hydrogels includes: synthesis of a gel film of bacterial cellulose by a producer culture of Komagataeibacter sucrofermentans B-11267 in static conditions on a medium containing beet sugar production waste — molasses, further purification, mechanical milling of the purified gel film of bacterial cellulose and mixing with water in ratio of 1:3 to obtain a hydrogel of bacterial cellulose. Obtained bacterial cellulose hydrogel is added with 2% sodium alginate solution at ratio of 1:4, followed by adding sodium fusidine in amount of 7.5 mg per ml of the hydrogel. 200 mcl of the obtained hydrogel is applied on a medical fixing adhesive plaster with a polymer base with diameter of 30 mm by means of distributing the hydrogel in an even layer in the centre and held for 24 hours.
EFFECT: invention provides a wider range of wound dressings and reduces the length of wound healing.
