FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: what is described is a method for producing drug microcapsules by dispersing a capsule agent in a polymer solution and polymer deposition on the dispersed particle surface. The capsule agent is presented by a drug specified in furacilin, tetracycline, dibazol and metronidazole. The polymer solution is 1% sodium alginate in water or 0.5% guar gum in water. The dispersing agent represents the non-ionic surfactant which is polyethylene glycol ether (PEGE 20). The solution of the above drug in dimethyl formamide is dispersed in the solution of the above polymer; the deposition is performed at the temperature of 3-5°C with excessive acetone or ethanol the amount of which is half as much as that of the polymer solution.
EFFECT: simplifying and accelerating the microencapsulation of poorly water-soluble drugs.
