FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to method for the preparation of pharmaceutical dosage form based on methyl methacrylate copolymers by dispersion of the active substance. The active substance is selected from acridonacetic acid, furacilin, tetracycline, paracetamol, dibasol, and metronidazole. Then, the active substance is dispersed in an aqueous solution of the dispersant, followed by the alternate addition of a polymer solution in acetone and an aqueous solution of the dispersant in portions of 10 wt.% of the mass of the aqueous dispersion of the active substance. 1 wt.% solution of Eudragit ® S-100, or Eudragit ® L-100, or Eudragit ® RS PO is used as a polymer solution, using nonionic solubilizer and emulsifier Cremophor ® EL as a dispersant, taken in an amount of 1.0 wt.% by weight of the active substance.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a pharmaceutical dosage form by microencapsulating the active substance into a copolymer of methyl methacrylate.
