SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and an isolated nucleic acid coding a polypeptide consisting of 4-30 sequential amino acids of carboxy-end of alpha-connexin protein, or a conservative version thereof, where said at least one polypeptide of alpha-connexin connected at its amino-end with cellular internalisation transporter. Group of inventions also relates to an expression vector and a composition for local application containing said nucleic acid.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides wound healing after tissue injuries.
