FIELD: biology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an isolated peptide having the ability to induce cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) against the NEIL3 antigen in the presence of an antigen-presenting cell (APC), carrying HLA-A*240. In addition, disclosed are a coding polynucleotide, a vector, a pharmaceutical composition, methods of inducing APC and CTL, as well as recovered APC, exosome, a method for inducing an immune response against a malignant tumor expressing NEIL3, and using a peptide, APC or an exosome according to the present invention in producing a pharmaceutical composition.
EFFECT: this group of inventions can find further application in therapy of NEIL3 related diseases.
